Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: We make every effort to ship your items as soon as possible. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, there may be a slight delay, and we appreciate your understanding. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Our orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday to Friday. The typical shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes. For the exact shipping cost, it may vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.

Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the relevant details.

Damages: Vital Topicals is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

International Shipping Policy: We offer international shipping. Please contact us for further details regarding international shipping rates and delivery estimates.

Refunds

Refunds Policy: Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us for assistance.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at info@vitaltopicals.com, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Shipping for Returns: To return your product, please contact us via email for detailed instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
